Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Claude Code x Obsidian Lab ("the Course") provided by Artem Zhutov ("I", "me"). By purchasing the Course, you agree to these Terms.

What You Get

When you purchase the Course, you receive:

• Access to live sessions (dates specified on the landing page)
• Recordings of all sessions (unlisted on YouTube)
• Course materials, templates, and skill files
• Access to a private Discord channel for course participants
• Async support during the course period

Access is lifetime — you keep all materials after the course ends.

Course Content

The Course is actively developed. Content, schedule, and materials may be updated to reflect the latest tools, best practices, and participant feedback. This means you're getting a living course that evolves, not static content.

License & Restrictions

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the Course materials for your own learning and personal projects.

You may:

• Use the skills and templates in your own Obsidian vault
• Modify the code for your personal use
• Share what you've built (your own workflows, not the course materials)

You may not:

• Share access links, invite links, or materials with non-participants
• Redistribute, resell, or share course materials (videos, templates, skill files)
• Use course materials to create competing products or courses
• Record or redistribute live sessions

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Refund Policy

Community Guidelines

The Course includes access to a private channel in my Discord server. By joining, you agree to:

• Be respectful and constructive in discussions
• Not share course materials or invite non-participants to private channels
• Not spam, harass, or engage in abusive behavior
• Keep discussions relevant to the course topics

Results Disclaimer

Access Termination

I reserve the right to revoke your access without refund if you:

• Share access links or materials with non-participants
• Redistribute course materials
• Violate community guidelines
• Engage in fraudulent activity (e.g., chargeback fraud)

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Course is limited to the amount you paid for the Course.

I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Intellectual Property

All course content — including videos, materials, templates, code, and branding — is owned by Artem Zhutov and protected by copyright. Your license to use these materials is limited to the terms described above.

Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Course after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
